The leadership behavior of the heads of scientific departments and the relationship of job satisfaction of teachersThe current research aims at building a measure of the leadership behavior of the heads of the scientific departments and building the job satisfaction measure for the teachers of the scientific departments.
The research aims to identify the level of leadership behavior of the heads of the scientific departments and the level of professional satisfaction of the teachers and the relationship between them.
The total research consists of (1825) teaching (898) in the humanities colleges and (917) teaching in the scientific colleges.
The researcher adopted a random class sample and all the same colleges of the university with 50% (10) faculties (5) (120), the researcher makes two tools for the first measure of leadership behavior and the second measure of satisfaction of the job and was extracted honesty and strength of excellence and consistency for themThe research finds that the leadership behavior of the heads of scientific departments enjoy a good level and the same level of job satisfaction and there is a positive relationship between these two The leadership behavior of the heads of scientific departments and the relationship of job satisfaction of teachersThe current research aims at building a measure of the leadership behavior of the heads of the scientific departments and building the job satisfaction measure for the teachers of the scientific departments.
