The aim of this research is to investigate the roles that play perceived leadership behavior of the teacher, the sapmle of tools consisted of (131) pupils of the basic education and the basic sample of (370) pupils of the basic education with an average age of (13.84) years and a standard deviation of (1.20) years, and measures were applied to them (perceived leadership behavior of the teacher, and academic enjoyment), By using multi-step regression analysis method.

we found that revealed a prediction of the dimensions of the teacher's perceived leadership behavior (social support, training and guidance of students) in the dimensions of academic enjoyment ( the teacher's style of teaching, asking questions and dialogue in the classroom, the role of the student in the classroom, and the school system), while (application Educational principles) only predicts the dimension of (the school system) one of the dimensions of academic enjoyment.
