Abstract EN

The present study aims to identify the role of school management in the activation of community partnership with both the local community sectors and the students’ parents according to total quality standards, from the points of view the school leaders.

It also aims to reveal the differences between the perspectives of the school leaders of the role of the school administration in activating the partnership, which reinforces the educational stage variables.

The descriptive methodology was used in this study as well as the questionnaire as research tool.

A random selection of study population sample represented 50 % of women leaders amounting to (96) leaders in Buraidah distributed as follows : (49) leaders for the primary stage, (28) leaders for the middle stage and (19) leaders for the secondary stage.

The research has come to : that the school administration often has a role in activating the partnership as a whole, and other sectors of society, as well as with students’ parents.

The research also revealed that there is a difference between the perspectives of the female school leaders’ role in activating the partnership with the students’ parents in favor of the female school leaders of primary and middle stages.

And its role in activating the partnership as a whole for the benefit of primary school leaders of the primary and the middle stages and its role in activating the partnership as a whole in favor of the school leaders of the primary stage.

Among the important recommendations of the research are : the necessary cooperation of the officials at the ministry of education with the administration of educational training in the establishment of training programs, workshops and meetings of school management with other sectors and the students’ parents for spreading the culture of partnership and for clarifying the activation procedure.

And also to establish new tools for the participation of the students’ parents in the elaboration of educational services.

The school management must also improve its implication and involvement in activating a successful partner-ship with the community sectors.
