This paper addresses the principle of accommodating different Islamic legal opinions to establish the legal bases and show the method of application in a number of points: Defining the concept of accommodating of differences, ruling, conditions and implications on fatwa.

Some examples about the applicability of this rule have been noted to show how research in this area is significant for people and how it is addressed for the prevalence of jurisprudential dispute in many issues that were commonly considered unanimous.

Now, such arguments are commonly raised publicly, let alone among the specialists.

The paper aims to clarify the concept and how it is implemented.

It is also an attempt to deter the people of desire who pursue the line of arguments in jurisprudence to promote their corrupt goals and objectives seeking to change the principles of religion and lurk outside the pale of Islamic laws in general.
