This study aimed to know the impact of the application of governance on the continuity of family economic companies across generations to continue their activity, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers carried out a field study of Condor Electronics, where a questionnaire was distributed on the company's frames, and the data was processed using the program (spss), and the study reached a number of results, the most important: the application of governance contributes to the promotion of the continuity of family economic companies, and recommends the need to strengthen the composition of the Board of Directors with independent members, drawing a policy of transfer of responsibility to children, and the settlement of family differences away from the company.
