This research includes the study and investigation of a manuscript: (rsalt fi mas'alat zwwjtu, wjwwztu) of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Khatib al-Tamarashi (1004), in which he showed a mistake many people do when uttering the marriage formula, is it valid contract in this form? The researcher wanted to publish the manuscript because it was not investigated before.

The research included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, the first one in which the definition of the author, and the definition of the manuscript, and the second research in which the text achieved, and the search came up with a number of useful results and important recommendations related to the subject of research.
