Abstract EN

The research include four chapters, the first chapter contains the introduction o f research and importance, and the researchers touched on the importance of management of emotions in the sports side and in handball game, but the problem of research lies in the lack of a measure measures the management of emotions in the sport side and in handball game and players hate (2017-2018) and to identify the level of emotional management in the hands of elite handball players in Iraq for the season (2017-2018).

The areas of research include the human field, which represented the players have handball and elites in Iraq for the sports season (2017-2018 ) while the spatial area was the halls and stadiums of sports clubs in Iraq, and the researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method and formed a sample of (145) players from Iraq and Iraq to the elected, and the researchers built and standardize the measure of emotion management and used to extract statistical results (SPSS) the researchers were able to construct and standardize the emotional management scale with (78) paragraphs distributed on four axes.

Therefore, the researchers recommend that the trainers use the current standard to periodically detect the level of their players to know their readiness and prepare them for training and competition.
