The research included four chapters, the first chapter contains the introduction and importance of the research, where the researcher pointed out that the sports side has risen to a high level of progress and we see this clearly through the results and achievements and numbers recorded by athletes and this is evident in individual games, A boxing game in which individual potentials are evident in terms of skill and achievement, especially individual physical abilities, where the importance of research is in the process of setting standard levels of TQM from the point of view of students.

As a basis for preparing athletes away from random and relying on scientific grounds as a research problem the issue of performance assessment and quality assurance for higher education institutions has become an important location in the strategies of developing higher education in Iraq and the ence of approved standards for TQM.

The researcher saw the establishment of standard levels.

The objectives were to find standard levels For the total quality management of the lesson of boxing The third chapter, the researcher used the descriptive method of survey method to suit the nature and problem of research and was chosen by the research community deliberate manner, which amounted to (164) Students from the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in three Iraqi universities (Basrah, Maysan and Dhi Qar) for the academic year (2017/2018) and they are the society of origin in full and the researcher conducted the field research and the researcher used some statistical means, while the fourth chapter included the presentation and analysis of the results Extraction of standard levels.
