The aim of the research is to design and standardize a skillful test for young football players.

The problem of the research is that there is no skill test for offensive football players, so the researchers decided to study this problem and develop solutions for it.

The areas of research included the human field represented by the players of Maysan province for youth football, and the temporal field for the period from (16/01/2017) to 01/04/2018, while the spatial area in the clubs of the clubs concerned.

The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method.

The sample consisted of (127) players from the Maysan province for youth football, and the SPSS system was used to obtain the results of the research.

The researchers concluded the following:  Distinguished test is simple and uncomplicated, so it is suitable in terms of ease of management and implementation, and it is adapted to the nature of the Iraqi environment.

 Standard scores and levels of the tested test, which is a logical numerical function, have been defined as a guide for trainers and specialists in the field of the game to compare the performance of the individual and the group to which he belongs.

The researchers recommended the following:  Adopt the composite skill test, which was designed by the researchers as a new evaluation method that is consistent with and close to the level of performance during the competition.

 Adopting the composite skill test as an objective scientific method in selecting qualified players for clubs.

 Use the grades and standard levels by adopting internal rules to judge the level of players and then the ability to know the level of training.
