The current research aims at identifying the altruism for employing mothers and its relatedness to socialization.

To achieve the aims of the study, a sample of (200) employing mothers has been chosen to be distributed among five collages at Baghdad university.

While Altruism scale consists of (24) items in its final from, the socialization scale consists of (41) items in its final from.

The findings of the study include the following.1.

Employing mother's have altruism behavior.2.

There is a contradicting relationship between altruism and fluctuation.3.

There is a direct relationship between altruism and punishment.4.

There is a direct relationship between altruism and advice.5.

The dominant style of Socialization is an advice followed by encouragement.

On the light of the above findings, the researcher sets of recommendations and suggestions.
