James Madison was the fourth heads of American States, from 1809-1817 and known as the father of the Constitution, the Great for his role in establishing the foundations of the US Constitution in 1787 in collaboration with his colleagues in the Continental Congress, particularly Alexander Hamilton and John Jay, Madison founded the Democratic Republican Party in the mid-nineties of the eighth century ten in collaboration with his friend Thomas Jefferson, as well as the foundations of Grass roots movement (the roots of the people (Grass roots with a distinctive political activity, which triumphed in 1800 elections.
