English Abstract

Equality is the cornerstone of every society that wants access to social justice and the realization of human rights.

The Almighty said: "O people, we have created you from male and female, so that you may know that your honor is with Allah.

I know that Allaah knows best." Divorce: Verse 6: All rights are equal without discrimination, since religion is one and the Koran is universal in its mission and its application, and piety is the basis for individual responsibility.

All States and all philosophical and political theories recognize that human rights must be respected and related.

By rejecting rights Rights and adherence to its articles of noble goals.

Islam has given it to support its social, familial, and religious role.

Islamic law has strengthened the foundations of the family by strengthening the rights of women as the main entity of the family in the Islamic concept alongside men .

Women are mentioned in the Quran in twelve Surahs: women, cow, parties, argumentation, prohibition, divorce, penance, repentance, bees, baptism, light, and animosity.

It is one of the glories of God's honor for women to call one of the Koran in Surat al-Nisaa, one of the seven long lines.

The word "woman" was mentioned twenty-six times in the Holy Quran, and the word "women" was mentioned fifty-seven times.

That the Quranic verses that came by Islam equated Islam between men and women in all matters and provisions and was the exception for the benefit of women themselves, God said: O people, fear your Lord, who created you from the same one and created her husband and broadcast them many men and women.

Women: Verse 1 First: women's rights in the Koran: The right of women to choose a husband, the right to divorce, the right to divorce, the right to dignity, the right to inheritance, the right of women as mothers, the right to worship, the right to work, the right to education, the right to equality of women with men.

The rights and duties granted by Islam to women shed some light on an important aspect of the greatness of human rights in Islam and an important aspect of the various cultural aspects that Islam has brought to light the darkness of humanity and bring them out of darkness.

Ignorance and materiality to the light of science and justice and faith and human dignity high, and God honored women to drop many women in our villages, including Fatima Zahra and Hafsa and Mary daughter of Imran and the mother of Moses and Queen of Sheba and wife of Imran and dozens of others, which means honoring women in Islam.
