The study aimed at identifying the level of humanitarian labor relations among the employees of the Municipality of Doura, Statistical differences in labor relations are defined according to the variables (duration of service and gender), The level of Vocational Adjustment is defined by the employees of the Municipality Department, The statistical significance differences in Vocational Adjustment are defined according to the variables (duration of service and gender), and is there a relationship between humanitarian labor relations and Vocational Adjustment?, The study was conducted on a sample of (60) male and female employees (30) males and (30) females, The measures of labor relations and Vocational Adjustment were applied by the researcher, The study found that there is a good level of labor relations and Vocational Adjustment among the employees of the Municipality of Doura, and there are differences of statistical significance in the labor relations and Vocational Adjustment to the variable duration of service and the existence of a statistically significant relation between the humanitarian labor relations and Vocational Adjustment.

According to results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
