Abstract EN

The main conclusion of the research was the possibility of applying most of the E-Government practices and use them in project through the study of E-Government and its indications.

The research concluded with the necessity of applying all the E-Government practices according to laws and regulations prevailing high accuracy.

Some of these laws need to reviewed, updated and developed constantly to keep pace with changes and developments in the world.

Since there is no law in Iraq for companies E-Government so it is necessary to legislate law of companies E-Government in order to limit any delay in implementing projects by contractors.
