Abstract EN

The research aims to identify competitive intelligence and organizational change, an analytical study in the Ministry of Science and Technology / Industrial Research and Development Department, in order to make recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to enhancing the role of competitive intelligence and organizational change in our Iraqi organizations.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed containing questions related to the variables of competitive intelligence and organizational change.

The questionnaire was distributed to the sample members of the sample (20) in the industrial research and development department.

The statistical program was used to analyze the data.

In addition, the correlation between research variables and regression analysis was examined to test the effect of independent variables on the adopted variables.

The study of the first subject of the research is the methodology of the research and the second topic.

The theoretical framework for the research The third topic included the practical aspect and the fourth topic dealt with the conclusions and recommendations
