Islamic law paid great attention to the issue of alimony, and made it many provisions different in different situations, rather, it is the most important form of fragmentation of wealth, but it is accompanied by the devotional aspect of the individual while adhering to the teachings of religion and the oscillation of the egg of believers in the nose Dear and precious for the sake of Allah.
It is used as a term in many Qur'aan texts and al-hadeeth al-shrif Year, which urge spending and laying the foundations and foundations on which human societies have taken human steps.
The research included the definition of spending and spending for the sake of Allah in the sources of legislation, and received many verses of the Qur'aan and the accounts of the Sunna in this regard, and the pictures of spending took many forms of spending for the sake of Allah and the husband's expenditure on his wife, and what the husband must spend in clothing, food, drink and housing, according to hajj The most important provisions concerning spending and its images are between obligatory and withering.
