English Abstract

The volunteer work and the size of engaging in it a symbol of the progress of nations and symbols of prosperity, the greater the nation is in progress and prosperity, increased involvement of citizens in the work of volunteer charity.

It is also involved in volunteer work requirement of the contemporary life that brought development and rapid development in all fields requirements.

The complexity of social life and the evolution of the pension conditions and social, economic, security and technical rapid changes dictate new conditions and circumstances governments stand sometimes unable to keep up.

This requires a combination of all official and popular community's efforts to confront this reality and these conditions.

Here comes the role of volunteer work actor and servo official efforts.

The growing demand for social services in quantity and quality has become a challenge for governments, which requires a formal support system for the views, especially since voluntary bodies preferable to official bodies due to: -The lack of complexity.

-And the lack of bureaucracy.

-And when the volunteer offers his time and services voluntarily performance is better than the unpaid staff.

Experience has shown that some official agencies alone can not achieve all the goals of development plans and projects without the active voluntary participation of citizens and NGOs that can contribute to an active role in development processes due to their flexibility and speed of its decision-making.

That is why modern states took care of this aspect to address the issues of the day and overcome many of the emergency circumstances, in a wonderful system of alliance and solidarity between the public sector and civil sector has confirmed the researchers on the importance of the media and its active role in stoking the spirit of volunteerism among members of the community and seal search a series of important recommendations for the development of Volunteer work.
