English Abstract

The volunteer culture an integral part of the concept of culture in the broad sense and spread in any society means moving the community towards the development of this Taking the concept of volunteer work part, a basic position in the formation of advanced societies in the various constituent stages and identified features science and technology, and while nations suffering economic crises caused by wars there remains before us is awake conscience Balhmh and determination and love of citizenship in order to find shelter in it, and Nnhl of it, and re-production capabilities to stand in front of those crises that manipulate history and rights, past and present, Volunteering is a fundamental pillar in the community building and dissemination of social cohesion among citizens of any society, a humane practice associated closely with all the meanings of moral values in all human groups, as defined by the values Dflor: as the main rules or standards by which members of the society is working to keep the goals and ideals.

And highlights the importance of social values in terms of being an indicator of the development of civilization of man, Islam came much of the moral values that should be on the outskirts of volunteer work abide by terms of the individual in order to assist and develop the lives of others level but volunteering as an act of charity is a way to self-comfort and a sense of pride and self-confidence when the it stems from a volunteer with a man motivated by incentives and optional religious, or social, cultural or economic reasons behind the decline and that of volunteer work in the community: .

1 The absence of a culture of volunteerism among many people became modern man pursuing his own interest.
