This research entitled (Social media and its role in family disintegration) is based on three topics and a conclusion that includes findings, recommendations and proposals, where we talked in the first topic about the research problem and its importance and defining terms where the meaning of social communication was explained idiomatically, and the meaning of the term family disintegration was clarified.

The nature of social networking sites was explained, and this topic also contained examples of the most famous known electronic social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, ...).

Then this topic was concluded with the fields of electronic social communication, namely: (the family domain, ...) As for the third topic We talked about the concept of family disintegration and its forms, as well as the effects of social media, as I mentioned in this topic the most important advantages that result from the use of these websites, as well as the negatives, down to the results and recommendations.
