Algerian women proved their worth in all fields, where it has come a long way from establishing itself and imposing its existence, it played heroic role especially during the liberation revolution.

This paper was presented in order to show the entrepreneurial orientation of women in Algeria, through the intention of women to establish a mini-productive enterprise, and to identify the factors contributing to this and the enumeration of the various obstacles faced, the study found that among the factors that bring women into entrepreneurial work is unemployment, technology and personal stimul, as well as financial ease, in contrast, the lack of awareness and awareness and culture of society are often the most important obstacles faced by women entrepreneurs and receives its initiative.
