Abstract EN

The study and the strategic planning requirements analysis that may lunch from its aim to develop the industrial process and take the educational decision for the Ministry of Education leaderships and to achieve the aims of the study and check its hypotheses.

The deductive approach used and this approach represents in making analytical and research studies in the Arabic and foreign references, studies, researches and scientific journals that relate with the research title.

The inductive approach (applied): depends on using analytical style and studying the educational decision making process on the Ministry of Education leaderships.

The study sample limits on 394 solo from leaderships, teachers and directors of directorates in the Ministry of Education in Kuwait.

The study reaches that there is a relation between providing the assistive technology, planning experiences, data, information and between the process of developing the making and taking the educational decision on the leaderships of the Ministry of Education.

The study provides a proposed framework that takes into its account the professional considerations and the requirements of the strategic planning.
