Governance of electronic services has become the new way to improve and make sectors in all countries successful, as is the capacity to reduce corruption, poverty, development, democracy, transparency and accountability, and is not primarily concerned with the automation of existing procedures (which may or may not be effective).

But it is about changing the way the government manages its business and provides servicesThe objective of this study is to analyse the potential of e-government in Algeria and to suggest the best ways forward to take steps toward improving the governance of e-services, which is the aim of Algeria's strategy by creating a smart plan for the direction of sustainable development.
