تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية استعمال وسائل الدفع الكتابية في التعاملات المالية و التجارية في المجتمع الجزائري مع تسليط الضوء على أزمة السيولة لصائفة 2020 وذلك من حيث الاسباب و كذا الاجراءات المتخذة قصد التخفيف من حدتها.
و خلصت الدراسة الى ضرورة مباشرة اصلاحات عميقة للنظام المالي و البنكي في الجزائر اضافة الى تعزيز دور بنك الجزائر في ممارسة صلاحياته الرقابية و التنظيمية لمستوى الكتلة النقدية المتداولة في الاقتصاد.
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the importance of the use of cashless means of payment in financial and commercial transactions in Algerian society, while shedding light on the liquidity crisis of summer 2020, in terms of reasons, as well as the measures taken to reduce its severity.
The study concluded that profound reforms of the financial and banking system in Algeria should be undertaken, in addition to strengthening the role of the Bank of Algeria in the exercise of its powers of control and regulation of the level of the money supply.
