Abstract EN

The current study aims to uncover the attitudes of the employees of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Ghardaia about the role of creative leadership in developing their managerial skills, and to achieve the main objective of the study, the descriptive approach (case study method) was used.

The study found a set of results, the most important of which were: There is a practice of the creative leadership dimensions in Algeria Telecom, and the problematic dimension and perseverance were the first ranks; The Algerian Telecom Establishment develops the administrative skills of the employees (self, human, and technical).

Self-skill was ranked first from the workers' point of view, followed by technical skill and finally the human skill; The dimension of sensitivity to the problems had the largest and only impact on the development of the skills of the employees of Telecom Algeria.
