The rule of law is one of the basic principles that the various modern and contemporary regimes seek to adopt through the rule of law and the imposition of it on everyone equally, whether they are rulers or convicts and the punishment for those violating it.

It also means that the gestures and actions of the state authorities and its various components must be in conformity with its laws in force within the framework of the so-called principle of legality.

And working to lay the foundations and fundamentals of the rule of law is indeed a goal and endeavor for many components of society, whether it comes to state institutions or those that have some kind of independence from them, when it comes to civil society organizations or activities, especially associations.

In this regard, associations work within the framework of the constitution and the laws related, to ensure the embodiment and lay the foundations of the rule of law in the field of its specialization and the available constitutional and legal guarantees in this regard.
