Linguistics emerged at the turn of the twentieth century, carrying with it a new scientific character of the study of language, and it is known that this is credited to the father of linguistics, "Ferdinand de Susser" (1859-1913); it exposes its competence, methods and limits, and thanks to it linguistic studies gained scientific rank, The Arabic pens were written in accordance with this modern intellectual approach, and a group of Lassian flags emerged.
Their attitudes and opinions differed in presenting and studying the issues of the Arabic language, including but not limited to: Mahmoud Al-Souran, Kamal Bishr, Ibrahim Anis, Abdo Al-Rajhi, Tammam Hassan, etc.
The University of Algeria, with its specialized professors and those interested in language, was not far from these new trends in the study of the language, and perhaps it was presented by "Abdul Rahman Al-Haj Saleh", "Saleh Balaid" and "Touati Ben Touati" and "Abdel Jalil Mortada" I would like to present in these research papers one of the flags of linguistics in Algeria: Professor Dr.
Khawla Taleb Brahimi in an attempt to answer the following questions: What are the characteristics of the linguistic lesson in Khawla Talib Al-Ibrahimi? What are the main contributions and scientific projects?
