Abstract EN

This paper investigates one of the most important and rare studies which addressed the substituting for Friday sermon (Khutbat Aljumaa) and its prayers based on the doctrine of Abu-Hanifa, may Allah bless him.

The investigated study was conducted by the Scholar Sulaiman Ben Kamel Alhanafi dated 940 A.H.

entitled: “Friday Sermon Substitution”.

Abn Kamcd stated a number of provisions and juristic narratives related to this issue, which, I personally, believe it is an important source for some related rules, as this issue was sufficiently address in a simplified seamless language.

Abn Alkhademi authored his thesis, and this, perhaps, has reflected the significance of Abn Kamels's.

Abn Abedeen has narrated some texts from this work; and Alshermalani has heavily cited and quoted this work in his thesis entitled: Enlightening the needy in the permissibility of subrogating Al-Jumaa orator.
