the aim of this study is to highlight the impact of the partnership strategic on the technological innovation activity, where we have conducted the empirical study in the pharmaceutical industry complex (saidal) where the pharmaceutical industry is in strongly competitive in the local and international markets.

the most important findings of our study that the different types of partnership contracts (industrial projects, the contract of manufacturing privileged or acquisition of licenses) wich utilized by saidal complex in the last two decades contributed significantly to the supporting and promoting technological innovation activity in the saidal complex, through by the creation of many new industrial projects, in addition to contribute to the introduction of new products and the use of new techniques, new methods and new operations and access to new markets and fields in addition to export their products to many arab countries.
