Abstract AR
تأتي هذه الدراسة في البحث عن أهم الآليات التي انتهجها المشرع الجزائري لحماية البيئة من التعديات التي تتعرض لها باعتبار أن العلوم البيئية في الوقت الحالي تحتل حيزا هاما بين العلوم الأساسية و التطبيقية فالإنسان أصبح من اكبر المستغلين للمصادر البيئية حتى أصبحت هذه الموارد متراجعة و مستنزفة و ملوثة مما أصبح يشكل خطر على كل من هو متواجد على الكرة الأرضية فأصبح من الضروري تسليط الضوء على القواعد الموضوعية المتعلقة بمكافحة الجريمة البيئية أولا عن طريق معالجة المفهوم ثم الولوج إلى صلب الموضوع من خلال التطرق إلى الجريمة البيئية.
و كذلك معالجة أهم الأجهزة المكرسة لحماية البيئة على صعيد الضبط القضائي و على الهيئات المركزية و المؤسسات الوطنية المعنية بحماية البيئة و كذلك إظهار دور الجماعات المحلية في مكافحة الجريمة البيئية
Abstract EN
This study comes in the search for the most important mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislator to protect the environment from the violations that are exposed to it as the environmental sciences at the moment occupies an important space between the basic and applied sciences.
Man has become one of the largest exploiters of environmental sources until these resources become depleted and depleted and polluted, Which has become a danger to all who are on the planet, it became necessary to shed light on the substantive rules on combating environmental crime first by addressing the concept, and then access to the core of the subject through addressing environmental crime.
