Abstract EN

This study deals with the benefits and tax incentives provided by the laws of investment in Algeria in general and tourism investment in particular, and its role in supporting the national economy and contribute to the desired economic diversification.

The study focused on the development of the tourism sector in the l'wadi prefecture, by attracting more tourism investments in the region.

The study concluded that the l'wadi prefecture has witnessed a remarkable growth and development in the number of tourism projects, especially in recent years, exceeding the 40 projects with a capacity of 4500 beds and 1698 permanent jobs, as a result of these advantages and incentives provided by the state.
