Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the services of the agency of female students affairs, and the degree of its usefulness for female students, and the importance of students services as it is the main axis of the study in university, and to prepare ways to draw of academic study for all female students, and to know the significant statistical differences of applying the norms of national organization for quality and academic accreditation by the agency of female students affairs in the Faculties of science and arts in Al - Namas at the university of Bisha which may attribute to demographic features of the sample’s members of the study.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, which was applied to a random sample contained (243) female student.

According to the results of this study there were not any significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05 or less) which may attribute to: difference of specialization and difference of study level, and also there were significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05 or less) which may attribute to female students whom specialized in home economics or physics.

This study proposed several recommendations such as: the importance of establishing programs of guidance for new students, providing proper places for student services, and facilitating access to medical services.
