The current research aims at identifying: -1 Identifying the administrative behavior patterns of high school principals from the perspective of teachers and teachers.

-2 Differences in the patterns of administrative behavior (democratic, dictatorial, seductive) among high school principals from the point of view of teachers and teachers according to gender variable (male -female.) :The current research sample consisted of (400) teachers and schools working in secondary schools in the Directorate of Education of Rusafa (1st, 2nd and 3rd), and Karkh (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in Baghdad Governorate.

They were randomly selected in 34- (17) male schools, (17) female schools distributed with the equivalent of (200) teachers and (200) schools, which amounted to (1,004%) of the original research community In order to achieve the objectives of the research, which aims to identify the administrative behavior patterns of high school principals from the point of view of teachers and teachers, the researchers prepared a measure to measure the patterns of administrative behavior as and extracted honesty and persistence A final scale was applied to the basic research sample of 400 teachers and teachers in secondary schools.

The application continued (15/2/2016 to 17/4/2016).

During the course of the application, the two researchers asked the sample to answer Truthfully from paragraphs as well as urging them to read the terms and instructions that pertain to the search tool.

The results showed statistically significant differences between the three types (democratic, dictatorial and negative), with the calculated value of 161,241, which is higher than the numerical value of (2.99) at the level of (0,05) To follow the significance of the differences, the researcher used the Schiffe test for multiple dimensional comparisons -iThe pattern of democratic administrative behavior is the prevailing pattern and more common than the two types or methods of dictatorship and solubility were all function according to the answers of the sample members.

.iTo encourage and encourage the development of modern administrative methods and patterns that promote good human relations between them and their teachers to promote the appropriate climate in their schools.
