Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to know the importance of administrative communication in achieving the organizational commitment within the sports institutions.

In order to carry out this study, we used the comprehensive survey method because the society was small.

The number of individuals was 44 individuals.

Ten people who were employed in the survey were excluded.

And the most widespread and appropriate to the problem at hand.

The most important results were: - Administrative communication means a role in achieving organizational commitment within the sports institution - The language of administrative communication has a role in achieving organizational commitment within the sports institution - The level of administrative communication role in achieving the organizational commitment within the sports institution Finally, we recommend: - Strengthening communication patterns through the introduction of modern techniques in all departments and offices of the Directorate.

- Giving greater freedom to the employees of the sports institution not only in connection with management and the delivery of concerns but the need to involve them in the decision-making process within the institution and benefit from administrative communication - Increase and develop the capabilities of employees through intensifying and upgrading the training and training processes in the field of administrative communication
