This research was not done to Explain differences about the economic intelligence, or any sector to which it belongs, it was overtaking classics that shut out the human factor, and treated him as a mere responsive to his environment.

Therefore, in an attempt to bring different concepts together to build a new relationships, this study took several works that studies the organization's mind, thought, behavior and his mental processes.

So, it was natural to dealt with the currents of psychology and sociology, to form a cognitive base to support the dynamics of interrelated thinking we have used to create an ideal human model, basing to a cognitive behavior that pushing it higher on the learning curve, which transforming skill into what we call a craft.

By dealing with two main entries, the first one is learning, which presented by Programmed learning (PL), and the other was about education, which was a template by Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
