Abstract EN

Many studies and research show that there is a great development achieved by women fields as education and businell .

though of that , her participation in leading positions is not satisfying or up to development process .

therefore ,there is a women competence .

Hence , this study concentrates on a main issue which is examining obstacles that hinder constructing leading characters of women in Iraqi society .

The special field of study is Al-Qadisiya university situated at Ad-Diwaniya city .

As for the humen field it is a sample of women instructors at colleges of the university.

The period covers 1/10/2012 to 1/3/2013.

The study reaches the following conclusion: 1- The institutional tendency yields towards employing women in occupations that reflects social roles of women as an inferior being in terms of strength.

This makes women weak and disabled as they are outside the institution.

This results in reflecting a passive view towards the leading woman.

2- Passionate inclination behaviours in woman in comparison with man is the most important obstacle of framing her leading personality.

3- Culturally oriented reasons towards man hinder constructing woman leading personality.

Man can express himself acceptably while woman is confined in expressing herself including leading behaviour.

4- The family socialization based on gender discrimination impede the building personal leadership for woman.

The evidence is that in the case of composition of new family peasant roles between the spouses significant importance in the composition of their expectation for their roles.

Reflecting the image of the couples of their father's that they building in their childhood.

5- The problem of conflict of roles for woman hinders the building of leadership personality.

Cockfight is a role of the wife's working is the conflict, which shows the different expectations and requirements by virtue of the differing awaits them during the wife role and performance of the role of the mother by the fact that it working in the enterprise by anther and then different expectation multiplied by demand with what has worried from a feeling of power lessness and a sense of inability to the all these demands and to meet to all of the different expectation of them .

This has been on the conclusion of a number of recommendation that would to resolve the problem or mitigation including : 1- Further studies and research on personal obstacles to building leadership when woman in particular and disadvantages women's participation in the development of the society in general.

2- To encourage all community organization to employing women in leadership positions and political administrative because there is no fundamental difference between woman and men in leadership style.

However , the style of women reflect the dramatic feature support and encouragement in away clearer them the method of men.

That the technique of women in leadership is the best approach for future organization.

The amendment to the prevailing pattern of thinking for some women in our society on traditional image of women's work based on that the two main objectives of the work of women is to increase the family income and not develop capacities, skills, and employability with men.

4- Dissemination of awareness among parents need to modify methods of socialization of the upbringing based on recognition between gender to upbringing of the essay equity and equality in the dealing with male and female children in the family , and the need to strengthen self confidence of the girl and involve them in making decisions on her future, leading to the formation of the leading personality for her to future.

5- To encourage couples to the necessity of helping wifes in the affairs of the house without reluctance or a feeling of inferiority and participation in child rearing and management which alleviate the problem of conflict of roles that the realities of working women.
