Abstract EN

To face up bravely to plunge into the subject of the Iraqi mentality, we need to use very high accurate tools of research, we can try through examine the parts of the Iraqi mentality with an epistemological and interpretative way and the imagination of its formulation and how does it crystallized and become.

This is not an easy task but hard, because we deal with a very complicated mentality kind of according to its environments and circumstances of forming that drawn its own picture through these two elements and made it be formed according to the situations.

Whereas the Iraqi mentality is one of the most unique in the biological formulation among others in the world, its different about each other in the way of life and its views that different from others too.

Mind could be the key for a lot of complicated symbols that life may create, and could contribute strongly in the aggravation of the situation and walk it straight to the unknown, but this is only kind of interpretation of inward thoughts of mind that represents its formulation.

Our vision towards the picture of Iraqi mentality and the way it has formed, needs to try many previous ones contributed in crystallizing this model which we live with recently, the Iraqi mentality with all its aggravations and achievements its not born today, but it is a result of environmental, biological, cultural and faithful accumulation that life has left in the Iraqi society involved very complicated events happened in the past contributed in forming all life conditions with all its differences at that time such as deterioration, prosperity, tumbling, subordination, superiority, fighting, and ideological conflicts.

So what we try to tackle with in this study is not knowing and following up the life history of Iraqi mentality and its content, but to discover the origins and roots of this kind of mentalities, we try to seek deeply with an epistemological interpretative view inside these conditions which made the product of this mentality in the present time.

The following points are the most important cores of this study : 1.the awareness of roots and accumulations that form the Iraqi mentality in this way.

2.mentioning the typical formulations that overmastered the Iraqi mentality and contributed in drawing the costumes, values and culture of the society which were the cause to build some contrasts that dominated life of Iraqi people.

3.the manner the Iraqi mentality works by depending upon past with all its events and plunging into it and sanctification for its events, all this contributed in aggravating and cleaving Iraqi mentality.

4.picture that showed the way Iraqi mentality looks as aggravated outside, overcome inside because of the accumulations of life conditions resulted in as a civilization recession of values , costumes and habits for the overcome mentality do not have the ability to face life conditions directly.

5.searching deeply with an epistemological and interpretative way showed the merits demerits of Iraqi mentality helps to stand on again and strongly to face its development get rid of all accumulations that contributed in its formulation.
