Modern technologyaffected the life of the individual, and hispersonal data becamevisible in the digital world, sometimesoralwaysvulnerable to attack by large numbers of companies for economicpurposes, thisprompted the Algerian legislator to findserious protection for theseprivate data, sohecriminalized the violation of Personal data in the digital world according to Law 18 /07 .

bearing in mindthat the constitution is a line of protection for rights and freedoms by stipulatingit and givingitconstitutional protection, but, It must besaidthat the data are personal, onlybecausethey are linked to a specificperson and thisis the basic condition for determining protection according to the statutory law.
