Abstract EN

This paper aims at building a scale that measures the pressures of work in one of the institutions of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research in Iraq .The Foundation of technical education that includes (44) institutes and technical colleges is investigated through the application on a sample of 250 teachers and associate Deans , and others employees across the colleges and institutes in Iraq .Recommendation are also proposed for future credibility of the research that may be applied on scale in the future.
