The legislator obligated the intervening parties to ensure the total safety of the foodstuff and the integrity of the exchanges due to its connection to the consumer health and safety.
To deal with the production of foodstuff that do not respond to the concept of product- free from any defect, the legislator created some Legal mechanisms to deter violators who display products that harm the consumer e.

authorizing the agents assigned to research and control, under Law No.
03-09 on consumer protection, to take conservative measures.
