This study aims to identify the concept of green manufacturing, the reasons for adopting it and the advantages resulting from its application, then simulate the theoretical aspect of the study on the reality of the German company BMW as a world leader in automobile manufacturing, using the descriptive analytical approach.

We have found that: The Company applies green practices throughout the entire manufacturing process cycle, from product design to recycling.

The company has also achieved many advantages such as reduce gas emissions, reduce the proportion of waste, increase the percentage of: materials, wastewater recycling, reduce costs, increase green products with modern technology and increase sales of them.
