و تطرقنا إلى حق الرد و حق التصحيح في قوانين الاعلام الجزائرية حيث حاولنا تحديد الأشخاص الذين يحق لهم ممارسة كل حق و شروط ممارسته والموانع التي تحول دون ذلك و العقوبات المترتبة عن عدم نشر الرد و التصحيح و هذا من خلال كل من قانون الاعلام 82 – 01 و 90 – 07 و قانون 12 –

We attempted through this study to define both the right of reply and the right of correction; their characteristics and differences between them without neglecting their place in the Algerian media legislation.
We tried also to define those who are allowed to exercise this right, its conditions and obstacles preventing its exercise and also penalties resulting from non-publishing Reply and Correction according to the articles 01-81 and 07-90 from Algerian Media Legislation.
