يحظى موضوع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام و الخاص باهتمام كبير من قبل دول العالم و خاصة في ظل الأزمات التي تشهدها الدول من تقلبات اقتصادية و مديونية.
حيث أصبحت الحكومات تستعين بها لتفعيل المؤسسات و الهيئات الحكومية المعطلة خاصة الدول النامية التي تعاني حكوماتها من العجز في الميزانية العامة و المديونية الخارجية.
سنسلط الضوء في هذا المقال على ماهية و أهم أساليب الشراكة بين القطاعين العام و الخاص و كذا عرض لبعض من تجارب الدول العربية و الأجنبية في هذا المجال

The issue of partnership between the public and private sectors is receiving great attention by the countries of the world, especially in light of the crises that the countries witness from economic and debt fluctuations.
In this article, we will shed light on the nature and the most important methods of partnership between the public and private sectors, as well as a review of some of the experiences of Arab and foreign countries in this field.
