for achieving the purpose of the study, we have relied on The descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data.

The study concluded that there was a commitment to the principles of ethical leadership as well as social responsibility at an average approval level in the banks under study, a statistically significant impact of adherence to the principles of ethical leadership on the promotion of social responsibility embodied in the principle of respect, and the ence of statistically significant differences in adherence to the principles of ethical leadership attributable to personal and functional variables.
