The Corona pandemic has recorded economic and social repercussions, especially the world contacts, whether by amending them to their continuation or termination, which creates an exacerbation of unemployment.

Faced with the shortcomings recorded in our legal system regarding the sponsorship of workers affected by this epidemic, the search for a way of protection by proposing the possibility of including the Corona virus, as a force majeure, was among the cases justifying termination of the legal activity of the employing organization.
