Summary: The Coronavirus Covid 19 crisis is one of the most prominent recent events that occurred in the twenty-first century due to the severity of its danger on human life and its negative effects on economic and financial transactions across the world.

Oil prices with the onset of the epidemic, causing a significant contraction in GDP and a state of economic stagnation, and in this context the Algerian government tried to take a set of preventive measures to contain the disease on the one hand and mitigate its economic shocks on the other hand.

It witnessed two severe crises that were not experienced before: a health crisis and an oil crisis.
