There is an explicit desire by the Chadian community to learn Arabic language.
Yet, does the fact resembles that level of desire.
From that point this project has started to study teaching Arabic language in Chad country between linguistic reality and planning in Arabic teachers point of view.
In order to identify the strengths and weaknesses and to contribute discovering the solutions of challenges and obstacles which encounter Arabic language in Chad country.
The researcher has determined a research sample who are Arabic language teachers in Chadian schools in the initial stages (primary, intermediate and secondary), and he used a questionnaire to score respondents opinions.
The result of the survey revealed that teaching Arabic language in Chad country is much better than the fact of linguistic planning of that education.
It shows that the aspects of linguistic planning are weak and the educational environment lacks lots starting from teachers’ qualifications, finding appropriate curriculum, finding educational methods and techniques, and significant school libraries.
