Abstract EN
The study focuses on linguistic perceptual hypothesis (cognitive) which calls for the presence of a metaphorical basis from normal daily speech.
According to this hypothesis, which has advocates such as Lak off who supports it using evidence of it from the perspective of normal language, which does not apply/fit.
The views of the researcher, based on the nature of his work, it looks at how metaphor is taught (and idioms in general) to non-native speakers of Arabic considering that they learn the language by studying and practicing it.
Therefore, it got distributed over four different volumes which got divided into two skills which are: receiving and sending.
Both skills exhibit the presence of metaphors and idioms.
The study concludes that the concept of metaphor in these volumes leads to metaphors in literature (or in other words, metaphor based on literature, if it is correctly put).
Because of that, if it is difficult to achieve first.
Second, it does not cause a significant effect on normal speech, which rejects the importance of collectivity and knowledge Going back to the cognitive point of view, it has been revealed that metaphors are present in the structural part of the speech.
They reflect on our perceptions of life and they form our cultural and heritage views about them.
However, they are not present in application, which emphasizes the importance of presenting it to this group which is learning (more than what it is learning) from linguistic subjects that they are studying.
