Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the constitutional framework of the internal regulations of the Jordanian parliament by looking into the concept of the internal rules and regulations of the parliament in general, and clarifying its definition, in addition to clarify the importance of the concept of the internal regulations of Jordanian parliament and its status and the methods of issuing the regulations within its legal rank.

Also, studying its historical development according to constitutions, and indicating its characteristics.

The results of the study showed that the constitutional framework of the rules of procedure varies according to the political regime.

The researcher proposed a definition of the internal regulations of the Jordanian parliament.

The study also showed that this regulations has a great importance and impact.

The study recommended an amendment to the constitution so that the internal regulations will be issued without the need to be signed by the Prime Minister.
