Our research, entitled "Bashawiya Baghdad and the Elements of the Ottoman Administration System" (1831-1869), dealt with a number of historical facts and incidents with administrative and social ramifications that passed through the city of Baghdad at an important stage, especially the last Ottoman era in Iraq, which resulted in countless economic, administrative and administrative problems.

The rules of the administrative system.

This dynamic topic included three studies in which we tried to read and follow the policy of the Ottoman Empire and to manage it to fill the civil administrative system and its great importance in drawing the architectural and urban aspects in Bashwiya Baghdad.

According to the following: The first topic included the main pillars of the Ottoman administration in Baghdad while the second Muhta on the mention of Baghdad and the foundations of the Ottoman administration system.

The study was based on an important collection of Arabic and translated books and references, along with a number of letters, university papers and periodical journals, which were utilized during the period of research 1831-1869.
