This study aims to highlight the importance and effectiveness of the legal, administrative, marketing and financial services provided by incubators to support and develop entrepreneurship.

The study also aims to shed light on the level of services provided by the MILA incubator to entrepreneurs.

The study concluded that incubators greatly help entrepreneurs to develop their new businesses and turn their ideas into reality by providing a range of services including business plan assessment, providing legal, administrative and marketing consulting, and facilitation access to funding sources.

The study also concluded that the level of services provided by the MILA incubator to new businesses, remains poor especially those related to financial aspects.
